Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before registering for, accessing, or purchasing any free webinars, paid workshops, educational programs, or other offerings delivered under the KashiDHQ brand through kashiahmed.com, kashidhq.com, kashifahmed.com, or any associated digital platforms (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site or registering for or purchasing any program, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or participate in any program.

1. Brand and Legal Structure

The following entities and individuals comprise the KashiDHQ educational ecosystem. Understanding this structure is important to your rights and obligations under these Terms.

1.1 KashiDHQ (Educational Brand)

KashiDHQ (Kashi Digital Headquarters) is the educational brand of Kashif Ahmed. All educational content, instructional materials, workshops, webinars, presentations, frameworks, methodologies, videos, educational systems, and digital resources delivered under the KashiDHQ brand are independently created and legally owned by Kashif Ahmed. Associated domains and platforms include kashiahmed.com, kashidhq.com, and kashifahmed.com.

1.2 Kashif Ahmed (Legal Owner / Independent Instructor)

Kashif Ahmed is the sole legal owner of all KashiDHQ educational intellectual property and delivers all educational instruction exclusively in his independent personal capacity. Kashif Ahmed is not acting in any capacity as an employee, spokesperson, agent, or authorized representative of any current or former employer.

1.3 Webider Corp (Operational Sponsor)

Webider Corp (webider.com) is an operational sponsor and administrative support provider for selected KashiDHQ programs. Webider Corp may provide payment administration, operational infrastructure, technical support, registration systems, resource sponsorship, and administrative coordination. Webider Corp does not own any KashiDHQ educational intellectual property. Webider Corp may process payments for selected programs in its capacity as operational sponsor.

2. Employer Non-Affiliation and Independent Capacity Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: All KashiDHQ programs, workshops, webinars, educational materials, communications, and offerings are independently developed and delivered by Kashif Ahmed in his personal capacity.

They are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or representative of any current or former employer of Kashif Ahmed. All educational views, frameworks, content, and instruction are solely the independent views of Kashif Ahmed as an independent educational creator.

No employer confidential information, proprietary methods, trade secrets, or internal materials of any current or former employer are used, disclosed, or incorporated into any KashiDHQ program, content, or communication. Any overlap between publicly available industry knowledge and KashiDHQ educational content is incidental and based solely on publicly available information.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

All educational content, instructional materials, workshops, presentations, frameworks, methodologies, videos, digital resources, and all other related materials delivered or made available through KashiDHQ — including content delivered under the names KashiDHQ, Kashi Ahmed, Kashif Ahmed, and Kashi Digital Headquarters — are the exclusive intellectual property of Kashif Ahmed and are protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No ownership of KashiDHQ educational intellectual property is transferred to any operational sponsor, administrative partner, or any other third party unless explicitly stated in a separate signed written agreement. Webider Corp’s role as operational sponsor does not convey any intellectual property ownership rights over KashiDHQ educational content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use KashiDHQ content solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational use during the applicable access period. No other rights are granted.

4. Free Live Webinars

4.1 Program Description

KashiDHQ may offer free live educational webinars open to registered participants. Free webinars are available at no cost but require advance registration.

4.2 Webinar Terms

• Registration is required for all free webinars. Registration does not guarantee attendance capacity in all cases.
• Webinars are offered on a live attendance basis only. Attendance is not guaranteed to any registrant who is unable to connect due to technical, scheduling, or other issues.
• No recording, replay access, or downloadable recording is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the registration materials for a specific webinar.
• No slide decks, handouts, or supplemental materials are guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
• Webinar content may overlap with or repeat material available in free public educational resources on KashiDHQ channels, including YouTube or other public platforms.

4.3 Marketing Consent

By registering for a free webinar, you consent to receive educational updates, future workshop announcements, promotional offers, and program-related communications from KashiDHQ and Webider Corp. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting contact@kashiahmed.com.

5. Paid Live Workshops

5.1 Program Description

KashiDHQ may offer paid live educational workshops. Paid workshops provide an interactive live learning experience with Kashif Ahmed and require individual paid registration.

5.2 Workshop Access Terms

• Attendance at paid workshops is for the registered individual only. Workshop access is non-transferable and may not be shared, gifted, resold, or transferred to any other person.
• Paid workshops are delivered on a live, in-session basis. Participation requires attendance during the scheduled live event.
• Unless explicitly stated in the workshop registration materials, no recordings, replays, slide decks, or downloadable materials are included in or guaranteed as part of the workshop.
• If recordings, replay access, or materials are included, this will be explicitly communicated at the time of registration.

5.3 Refund Policy

The following refund policy applies to all paid workshops:

• Refunds are available upon written request submitted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled workshop start time.
• No refunds will be issued after workshop access credentials, login links, or registration confirmation materials have been delivered to the registered participant.
• No refunds will be issued after the workshop event has commenced, regardless of whether the participant attended.
• Failure to attend a live workshop for any reason, including personal scheduling conflicts, technical difficulties, or illness, does not qualify for a refund.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@kashiahmed.com with the registrant name, email address, and workshop details.
• Participants are responsible for reviewing and noting the applicable refund deadline prior to completing purchase.

5.4 Marketing Consent

By registering for a paid workshop, you consent to receive educational updates, future workshop announcements, promotional offers, and program-related communications from KashiDHQ and Webider Corp, subject to your right to opt out at any time.

6. Future Educational Platforms and Offerings

KashiDHQ may, at its sole discretion, offer additional educational features and platforms in the future. These may include, without limitation:

• A learning management system (LMS) or course portal
• Paid member portals or subscription-based educational communities
• Private community platforms or Discord servers
• YouTube membership or channel-based educational content
• Downloadable learning environments or resources
• Educational community subscriptions or cohort programs

Nothing in these Terms creates an obligation to offer, launch, maintain, or continue any future platform or feature. Any reference to potential future offerings is aspirational only and subject to change at our discretion. Use of the phrases “may offer,” “may include,” and similar language throughout these Terms reflects this discretionary nature. Separate terms may govern any future platforms or features if and when they are introduced.

7. Payment and Billing

Payments for paid KashiDHQ programs may be processed by Webider Corp as operational sponsor and administrative payment processor. The underlying payment processing infrastructure is provided by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor.

By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize the applicable payment charge. All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice.

KashiDHQ and Webider Corp do not store your payment card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials. Payment data is processed and secured by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s security standards and Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy).

8. Anti-Recording, Anti-Redistribution, and Content Protection

Participants may NOT record, reproduce, screenshot, rebroadcast, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit any live or paid educational session in whole or in part, in any format or medium.

Specifically, and without limitation, you may not:

• Record any live webinar or paid workshop by any audio or video means, whether digital, screen-capture, or otherwise
• Take screenshots or screen recordings of live or recorded session content
• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute any session content, slides, or materials
• Rebroadcast or livestream any portion of a session to any audience
• Share access credentials, login links, or workshop materials with any third party
• Use any KashiDHQ content to develop, create, or market a competing educational product or service
• Commercially exploit, license, sell, or monetize any KashiDHQ content

Unauthorized recording or redistribution of KashiDHQ content constitutes copyright infringement and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, as well as civil and criminal legal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

9. No Recording and No Replay Default

UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE in the specific program registration materials or confirmation, the following default terms apply to all KashiDHQ programs:

• No recordings of live sessions are guaranteed or will be provided.
• No replay access is guaranteed or will be provided.
• No downloadable materials, slide decks, or post-event content access is guaranteed.
• No post-event resource distribution is guaranteed.

Any exception to this default must be explicitly communicated in writing in the program-specific registration materials prior to enrollment.

10. Technical Limitations and Attendee-Side Failures

KashiDHQ programs are delivered through third-party digital platforms — including Zoom, webinar hosting platforms, browser-based meeting systems, and other streaming infrastructure — and require a functioning internet connection, compatible device, and supported browser or software. KashiDHQ is not responsible for and provides no remedies, refunds, or make-up sessions arising from attendee-side technical failures, including but not limited to:

• Internet connectivity issues or service outages on the participant’s end
• Device incompatibility or hardware failures
• Browser limitations or software conflicts
• Platform-side access issues attributable to the participant’s account or device configuration
• Local power outages or other environmental interruptions

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a functioning technical setup prior to any live session. KashiDHQ strongly recommends testing your connection and software compatibility in advance.

11. Disclaimer of Results

All KashiDHQ programs, workshops, webinars, and educational materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, career, or technical advice of any kind.

KashiDHQ makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the results you may or may not achieve by participating in any program. Any examples, case studies, testimonials, or outcomes referenced in connection with KashiDHQ programs are illustrative only and are not to be interpreted as typical, expected, or guaranteed outcomes. Individual results will vary based on each participant’s background, experience, effort, and circumstances, among other factors entirely outside KashiDHQ’s control.

Success in any educational, professional, or skill-development pursuit requires sustained personal effort, application, and continuous development. KashiDHQ does not guarantee employment, income, certification, professional outcomes, or any other specific result.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KASHIDHQ, KASHIF AHMED, WEBIDER CORP, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site or any program
• Loss of income, revenue, data, business opportunity, or profits
• Technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform interruptions
• Content errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• Any third-party actions, platforms, or services
• Reliance on any educational content or instruction provided

YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR PROGRAMS IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT, IF ANY, THAT YOU PAID TO KASHIDHQ OR WEBIDER CORP FOR THE SPECIFIC PROGRAM GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KashiDHQ, Kashif Ahmed, Webider Corp, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or access to the Site or any program
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Any unauthorized recording, reproduction, or redistribution of KashiDHQ content

14. Marketing Communications and Consent

By registering for any free webinar or paid program through the Site, you consent to receive communications from KashiDHQ and Webider Corp, including educational updates, workshop announcements, promotional offers, and program-related communications. This consent is provided as part of the registration process.

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any communication or by contacting contact@kashiahmed.com. Opting out of promotional communications will not affect transactional communications related to any active enrollment.

15. Third-Party Platforms and Links

KashiDHQ programs may involve or reference third-party platforms, including but not limited to Stripe, YouTube, Discord, Zoom, and other technology services. KashiDHQ is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of any third-party platform. Your use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform’s own terms of service and privacy policy.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Site and participation in any KashiDHQ program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it at kashiahmed.com/privacy-policy. By using the Site or registering for any program, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

17. Account Termination and Access Revocation

KashiDHQ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Site, any program, or any educational platform, without prior notice and without refund, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in unauthorized recording or redistribution of content
• Share access credentials with any third party
• Engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct
• Misrepresent your identity or registration information

18. Modifications to Terms and Programs

KashiDHQ reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site or participation in our programs after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

KashiDHQ also reserves the right to modify, discontinue, reschedule, or cancel any program, content, or platform feature at any time, with or without notice, and shall not be liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas, and you hereby irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any program-specific terms presented at the time of registration or purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and KashiDHQ with respect to your use of the Site and participation in any program, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

22. Waiver

No failure or delay by KashiDHQ in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. No waiver of any particular breach or default shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
