This Privacy Policy explains how KashiDHQ (Kashi Digital Headquarters) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit or interact with kashiahmed.com, kashidhq.com, kashifahmed.com, and any associated subdomains or digital platforms (collectively, the “Site”), and when you register for or participate in any free webinars, paid workshops, educational programs, or other offerings operated under the KashiDHQ brand.

1. Brand and Operational Structure
To understand how your information is handled, it is important to understand the legal structure underlying KashiDHQ:
1.1 KashiDHQ (Educational Brand)
KashiDHQ (Kashi Digital Headquarters) is the educational brand of Kashif Ahmed. All educational content, programs, webinars, workshops, frameworks, methodologies, instructional materials, digital resources, and related intellectual property delivered under the KashiDHQ name are independently created and legally owned by Kashif Ahmed.
1.2 Kashif Ahmed (Legal Owner / Instructor)
Kashif Ahmed is the sole legal owner of all KashiDHQ educational intellectual property and acts as the independent instructor for all programs. Kashif Ahmed delivers all educational instruction solely in his independent personal capacity and is not acting as an employee, spokesperson, agent, or authorized representative of any current or former employer.
1.3 Webider Corp (Operational Sponsor)
Webider Corp (webider.com) serves as the operational sponsor and administrative support provider for selected KashiDHQ programs. In this capacity, Webider Corp may provide payment administration, operational infrastructure, technical support, registration systems, and administrative coordination. Webider Corp does not own KashiDHQ educational intellectual property.
When Webider Corp processes data in its capacity as operational sponsor, it does so subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By registering for any program administered by Webider Corp, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information:

5. Payment Processing
KashiDHQ does not directly process or store your payment card information. Payments for paid programs may be processed by Webider Corp as the operational sponsor and administrative payment processor. The actual payment processing infrastructure is provided by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party processor.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the processing of your payment through Stripe’s secure platform. Stripe’s privacy practices are governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. KashiDHQ and Webider Corp do not store or have access to your full card number, CVV, or sensitive payment credentials.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- With Webider Corp as operational sponsor, for the purpose of administering programs and processing payments
- With Stripe, solely for payment processing purposes

KashiDHQ may, at its sole discretion, offer additional features in the future, which may include a learning management system (LMS), paid membership portals, private community access, Discord servers, YouTube membership content, downloadable learning environments, or other educational community platforms. This Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect any material changes in data collection or processing practices associated with such future offerings.
